Excellent. Work ethic is faultless, Neil is quick, tidy and very reasonable indeed. I will be using him again to put in a radiator which he has already quoted and, again, very happy with the price. If Neil accepts your job I would suggest using him as he is brilliant.

Neil responded quickly and attended the job at the agreed time, with a phone call check when he was ten minutes away. He got straight on with the repair and the immediate leak was fixed. After the repair, Neil also took time to listen to my other less urgent plumbing concerns and provided advice on my options. Good communications throughout - leak fixed quickly - no mess - very satisfied customer.

I’m happy with the job he did. He came on time and tidied afterwards. He was replacing my radiator and despite not being a straight forward job he was able to problem solve and finish it successfully.
