Callum responded quickly to my post and communication from start to finish was brilliant. He talked me through every step of how he would fix the problem, which was quite tricky as it is a concealed unit and other plumbers had been unable to do the job. He was extremely professional and efficient and determined he would fix it. I would most definitely recommend Callum and would certainly call on him again. He really went the extra mile to solve the problem. Also very happy with the quote. Thanks Callum for doing a great job.

Callum was great from start to finish, didn’t mind numerous panicked messages when toilet overflowed, when he arrived he had ID which I appreciated he also explained what he was doing and didn’t make me feel stupid, again appreciated!!! Would not hesitate to hire again - thanks Callum :)
