I was impressed with work completed

Great guy, very helpful and pleasant. Reasonable price i was happy with. Fixed my leaking toilet and changed my leaking kitchen taps. Had to get him back as had slight leak on toilet but this was because it had been fitted incorrectly by someone else! He came back immediately and sorted the problem. Would recommend.

I was highly impressed by the quality of Callum's work technically and also his customer service. Callum assessed my job by asking for more details of my kitchen/water set up before giving me a quote. We agreed when he would do the work (to replace a kitchen tap unit) and on the day he kept me informed of when he expected to arrive. Callum completed the job quickly and the new tap unit looks very neat indeed. He also cleaned up completely afterwards which is great. I am 100% satisfied - a thoroughly professional job done.

The way he operates is really good. I liked the way I could send pics/video of the issue, not many do this! From this, he can give you a quote there and then. He booked me in for the day after. On the day he was on time, clean and tidy, used PPE and very efficient. Definitely recommend Callum to anyone.

Callum was awesome, he went above and beyond to replace my tap, and help with another ongoing problem I have had at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend him to somebody else. Its great to find a tradesman I would use again!

Callum fully repaired my broken downstairs toilet. He was polite, Professional and knew what the problem was straight away. He explained my options and completed the job to the highest standard. Very pleased with the job and the price was very fair. Would definitely recommend, thanks Callum

Callum turned up on same day I posted job, unfortunately it is a much bigger job than expected and needs a specialist ,he is getting in touch with other company for us and telling them problem,he didn’t charge us for coming out and he was really nice to my mum and we will be keeping him for any other jobs we may need

Callum was great - dealt with all my plumbing issues, provided a quote ahead of time and adjusted this down when it turned out to be easier to fix than first thought. Really friendly and would definitely use again.

Callum replied within an hour of posting the job. We had a reasonable quote given from photos we sent of the job and it was done the very next morning! Callum was able to arrive earlier than expected which was brilliant and the job was done within 20mins! He was friendly, efficient and keen to do a good job. We are more than delighted with the whole service provided and we intend to keep him as our ‘go to’ plumber. We would highly recommend!!!
