Only just completed job - but no qualms so far, all seems well. If anything should go uppity in the near future, I will update my review (or make a new one) But I have belief that it won't be needed. *****

Callum was professional from start to finish. Very respectful of my property, explained everything he was going to do and even tightened my tap :-) which wasn't part of the job. He took pictures of the cistern found me a good replacement and even came to try and rectify the matter without having to replace the whole cistern before he ordered the new one. Once the job was complete, Callum said if there were any problems to contact him and he would pop around. A really lovely, genuine guy, who I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

Positive experience from first contact. Callum requested an outline of the problem and photographs of various parts to enable him to ascertain the work required and provide a quote. Callum was punctual, took all necessary covid precautions and was friendly and efficient. Callum kept us informed of the situation and any options at every stage. Very thorough. I have saved his number for any future plumbing needs and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Callum was very quick to response, great price and a great professional. Unlike most people Callum was very polite offering to wear shoe coverings in the house and took the time to explain what the problem was and how he fixed it. Can see why he has 100% feedback highly recommend!!

Turned up on time, replaced part, job well done. Clean and tidy job.

Callum is very professional and punctual, turning up to do the job the day after the booking. He provided the necessary parts and did the job quickly but paid attention to detail and checked the flush system a number of times to check it worked correctly.
