The company came to clean and refresh the colour on my decking in my absence but when I returned home I found that they had used a pressure washer which had left swirling white marks. Also not cleaned between the planks. They had used stain but that did not hide the damage done by the pressure washer and large areas were left unstained as they seem to have just run out of stain and left it, so the whole thing was a mess. The gentleman did agree to come back with paint but was 45 minutes late and did not call in, so by the time he arrived I had given up and gone out. He did offer to come back and apply paint instead of stain I advised the colour I wanted and that B&Q would mix it. He said they would not do such a colour mix. In the end I was so fed up I told him to forget it. I went to B&Q, got the paint mixed as required, and painted it beautifully in 3 or 4 hours. If there was an opportunity to show before and after photos I would have uploaded them here.

A good job done in a timely manner. Took my error of giving him the wrong size for the fence panel with good grace too. Would consider using them again for future works.
