David phoned almost immediately after I first contacted My Builder, very impressive as have waited weeks for other workmen to contact me. He arrived the next day and examined the drainpipes and guttering and found the answer within minutes - he removed a very long solid plug of leaves and moss blocking the downpipe and drainage pipe in the ground below. My house is surrounded by large oak trees so I have a problem with thousands of leaves every Autumn. The guttering was also full of leaves and growing several plants. David cleared them away and recommended that I put a leaf guard over the gutters of the house and garage to stop the problem from occurring again. He was professional, approachable and courteous and is returning next week to install the leaf guards, replace some gutter connectors and fix the leading over my porch which has come loose. I will certainly recommend his services.
