    Clean guttering, end of terrace 2 storey house

    David got back to us quickly with a fair quote. He checked and cleared the guttering and inspected an issue relating to internal damp. We felt confident with Davids building experience as he explained the issues well and understood what could be done further down the line (March 2020 - we are in isolation mode)! We would be more than happy to use him for more building work.

    Replace some roof tiles

    This wasn't a big job but in the current climate (Covid-19) the fact that he came out and completed it quickly and efficiently was great. Would use again.

    Secure fence

    Leaking flushing system in WC cistern

    Excellent from start to finish, good mannered and fully explained what would be needed, also kept me informed of timing and alerts to his srrival time. Totally satisfied
