Quick & efficient, job well done

I wanted to write immediately to express my appreciation for the excellent work carried out yesterday by a team from Arlo Construction. Both men were excellent and it was such a relief to feel a sense of confidence because of the quality and decency of their work. They were both really nice men and not only repaired my roof and guttering but by thoughtful reconfiguration of downpipes greatly improved the flow. I am so pleased with the work and sense of trust that I have also asked for a quote to repair my wooden fence.

Quick and efficient. We had to chase to book a date to do the work, but apart from that we were very happy with the service we received.

Needed a hip tile replaced after it had been damaged. Dave contacted me very quickly, gave a quote based on the pictures I had sent and then visited (at the time he said he would) to fully assess the job. He confirmed the quote price, which I feel is a good price, and once I confirmed that I wanted to use Arlo, Dave booked me in very quickly, again turned up when he said he would and completed the job. A swift, easy process and a fixed roof. Thank you, Dave.

Dave came and assessed the work, gave a good quote and advised of a date to do the job. He showed photos of what needed doing and kept us informed throughout. He and his team were extremely prompt, professional and efficient. We’d definitely recommend them and would use again!
