Alan was excellent. He contacted me and arranged to visit me prior to starting work. He came as agreed, measured, and offered a quote straight away. He was friendly and approachable and was very helpful in providing his thoughts on grouting options and how he would go about the job. He was clearly very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived to complete the job as agreed and was very efficient, and tidy. His work is to a very high standard and he completed the work in less than three days. He double checked throughout the job regarding things which he felt I ought to know about such as tile alignments or things that might look odd. I found him to be very friendly, and I am extremely happy with the result and recommend him to you.

Professional, punctual ,polite, nothing was too much trouble. Always cleaned up after himself. Great time keeper. Very reasonable price. Will be hiring for our new living room flooring, so very glad to have found him, knowing we have the perfect guy as his work is outstanding. I do wish we had found him sooner, he's a very hard worker, starting out very early, each day. Can't fault him in any way. 10/10 from us, highly recommended.
