I am very impressed with the level of communication, organisation and professionalism demonstrated by Adam. Adam removed a chimney stack, at each stage he provided a video clip of the work. Adam was open to questions and provided clear explanations of the course of action undertaken. Adam also replaced missing tiles of another part of the roof. Sean labourer was great at stacking the bricks, cleaning up etc. Adam offers a guarantee and invoice for his work - to follow. I was so impressed with Adam’s professional conduct, I have arranged for completion of additional work: repointing and flat roof. Also recommended Adam to a friend. Thank you Adam, look forward to you starting the repointing! Adam tried to contact you several times regarding repointing sadly no response despite having confirmed dates in the diary. Still waiting on warranty …sorry got to reduce star rating!

I hired Apex in June 2025 to fix a list of jobs including fixing and point two valleys, fixing some slipped tiles and fix some leaky gutter corners. Both the communication and the visit to look at the roof were handled in a timely and professional manner by Adam. The work was completed within a week of me posting the job. I am happy to recommend Apex. Update: Unfortunately the leak still persists and after visiting once to have a quick look at it, I have not been able to get Apex Roofing to come and fix it. Adam is amazing. Don’t hesitate to book him. He fixed all the leaking gutters. He’s coming again to bring a spare part for one of the gutters. Not taken payment till job is completed. Adam talks you through what he’s doing. Very pleased.

Job done to a very high standard. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly skilled at what he does. He made sure to come when conditions were best for the job, and kept us fully updated throughout with videos and images.
