However, he didn't turn up at any of the specified times/dates which left us needing to find someone else to complete the job.Answer from tradesperson:
I am sorry if you feel we have let you down and you feel you have to post negative feedback. I spoke with your partner on the agreed day and we both mutually agreed not to proceed any further with the job that day. Your partner was perfectly happy as I insisted that if there was an issue with me not being able to complete the job that day I would pull out all the stops to carry the work out on that day. I find it a little unfair that you then posted negative feedback without discussing your issue with me and also not replying to my messages. Once again apologies for this misunderstanding.
