    REFIT in Heatherside

Total let down!! Booked a date 5 weeks in advance and checked all ok regularly, only to be left high and dry with 2 working days to go, with no kitchen appliances, a new kitchen stored in my lounge. Appalling! Now left with no white goods, OR space downstairs (I have a heart condition that leaves me breathless), SOOOO disappointed, NO WAY I CAN TRUST THIS GUY AFTER ALL HE PROMISSED!!!!! DISGUSTED!!!!! Now face weeks of waiting and trying to find a decent fitter!! DON'T TRUST A WORD HE SAYS!

    Answer from tradesperson:

Oh dear Roger, all this from just delaying the start of your job for a few days due to an over run on my current job.As for checking regularly I heard from you once and that’s when I informed you of the delay. I wish I could say I was disappointed to lose your job but I feel like I’ve dodged a bullet. Good luck with your new fitter!!
