Alec responded quickly to my job posting and arranged to visit and view the problem the following day - my neighbour also required some guttering remedial work and this was quoted for at the same time. Both jobs were placed with Alec and the work was carried out within a couple of days. Alec arrived at the agreed time and the work was carried out effectively and efficiently with all areas of work left clean and tidy. The price is important but not generally my prime concern and I feel that I got value and good service for my money. Would definitely use Alec again and would definitely recommend him to others.

Hello. 10 years warranty – that was first statement from Alex ACP. ACP didn’t install metal brackets supplied in dry ridge pack. I requested from ACP to rectify work as per manufacturer instruction but over the course of few months nothing happed. ACP wasn't able to rectify problems and stop communicating. Country Court Judgment issued a notice to return payment. It is regretful that CCJ will have a negative effect on credit rating and future of the defendant.
