Ionut was amazing. First he tried to fix my broken window for free, then quoted me a competitive price for a window replacement and both front and back doors. Turned up on time, worked hard all day with his son, and left everything clean and tidy. Doors look amazing, we're certainly keeping up appearances now! Was an absolute pleasure 👍 Highly recommend 😁

Aluplast did a fantastic job and I am delighted with their high quality work. They were excellent from start to finish. The work comprised 3 elements. This included replacing 4 windows, external soil and vent pipes, and facia and gutters. They came round quotes a price which they kept to. Provided me with a hard copy of the window specification and order. They arrived on time and the previously agreed date. They provided a team of three and managed to get the work completed in one day. This was a wet and rainy day and they worked very hard from start to finish. As work progressed they checked that I was happy and were keen to accommodate any points I raised. They paid a lot of attention to detail. The widow trim was expertly done neat and discrete. The windows were accurately measured and of high quality. The facial and gutters were excellently fitted and of suitable proportions. The existing grey soil pipes were replaced with shiny black ones. They transformed house appearance.

Installed a beautiful bay window and a composite front door (Hathaway) - fantastic quality. Very quick turn around from first meet to installation. Ionut, was very polite, friendly and professional throughout. Quality job of installation. Property left clean and tidy. The customer experience from start to finish was great. sized my bay window wrong fitted it anyway and left without saying a word after backwards and forwards he gave me some money back i had to a new bay window and a new company to rectify poor workmanship

Did a 1st class job. Was happy to fit my new doors on a Saturday due to my work commitments. Great product, great service, cleaned as he workes and did everything to a top standard. Communicated all the way through from placing order to delivery. Really nice guy and will 100% use again when I have my windows replaced.

Fantastic service and communication from the start. Great job even sorted the doors once the glass had been replaced as they had dropped. Will definitely be using again when needed. And the best price around by far! Thanks again!
