Alan came on Christmas Eve at 8 am to replace my stopcock emailed me to say he was coming the night before and text me on the morning when he got to me in Bar Hill at 8 am as he said he would he got to work by 8.20 am job done and he asked me to try it out to make sure I could turn it and even said if there was any problem just to phone and he would be back but no problems to report I will be using him again if I need to not only for plumbing but by reading some off the other feedback,s it looks as if he does other jobs as well so he would be the 1st one I would call to see if he could help
