Alan showed an interest in the plumbing task I placed on www.mybuilder.com, he called me first to enquire what was the problem with my lavatory, and he booked me in for Monday evening. Alan arrived has confirmed on time, when straight into completing the task, replaced the old part with a brand new part, cleaned and wipe up, removed all old parts, thoroughly inspect several times for any leakages, I was happy with Alan time keeping, time to complete the repair and happy with his quote for the repair. Alan defiantly didn't prolong or drag the task to be completed and swiftly completed the repair. I wouldn’t hesitate to either call Alan out again, he is friendly, reliable and very cost effect in the professional service that he offers, all these factor are a high on my priority list when seeking a trades person and this is why I highly recommend Alan to anyone of my family and friends in the future.
