Alan turn up to the job when he said he would and fixed the ball valve to stop the leak. I even gave him another job to change a kitchen tap which he was happy to do. I would definitely recommend Alan.

Made appointment, assessed job. Advised that not really necessary for the screen re-fit that I thought I needed. Problem was unbalanced flow of water to the shower, with uncomfortable and unexpected variations in temperature. Original builder had fitted the most basic, not really fit for purpose, cheap and shiny unit. Advised on a more appropriate unit, sourced it, returned a couple of days later and fitted within an hour. Spot on job
