I gave him the job because he thoroughly inspected both areas of concern, actually inspecting the problem up the ladders and doing some proper water tests with a watering can, before advising on the solution and giving a quote. No more leaks. Great job.

Hired to fix a leaking chimney. Gave an initial quote after taking a look around and offered to start work right away without scaffolding on just a ladder. While working, he found additional issues which he fixed. Despite having to do more work, he only upped the price a little. He also cleared our gutters and made some fixes wholly unrelated to the posted issue. Although we are still dealing with some leakage at the moment. Before the work was done, we were told that their fix was the least expensive option, and might not work out in the end. After still having the leak, we were offered a partial refund, or a 2nd visit to try and solve the leak. Though we suspect it's a more permanent problem with our chimney that will require a full rebuild.

Saw and priced the job one week, did the work the next Monday. Very pleased with the repair. They also went the extra mile and did another small repair while they were here. Even went so far as to paint some more of the fascia while up the ladder! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Adam responded promptly to my add and attended the following day to commence work on my problem roof. He performed a good job and would definately use his services again in the future.

Very pleased with the work that was done. In fact they subsequently carried out the replacement of the guttering and down pipes. Excellent company to deal with as they came when they stated they would be undertaking the work, very good workmanship and cost as advised Well deserve a5 star rating

Adam and Doug were very friendly, arrived on time and did an excellent job. The weather was awful as it was at the time of one of the storms but they still completed the work on time and to the agreed cost. Will continue to use and highly recommend them. Thanks both

Great work completed by Adam and his Team. Very friendly, they came to assess the job within 24 hours and the roof repairs were completed quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend and will definitely use A&L roofing&building again.
