This was the only response, and was prompt. A discussion about the job took place when I described my needs, the method of cleaning was explained, including the efforts to be made to tackle difficult places then a written quote which was agreed and work started no delay.. The job took two hours with amazing results. This is the best result ever, and I am very pleased.

Only a small job with my guttering causing internal damp when it rained. A&L's Adam very quick to respond to initial request and to deal with the problem, even on a bank holiday. Friendly & efficient work, explaining what was needed and quickly got on with it. Will certainly contact for work in the future. Highly recommended.

We were waiting for a local builder to come and fix the felt and ridge tiles but he kept letting us down. Gave up and looked further afield and found A & L the other side of Swansea who came, quoted and I accepted. When they were due, he phoned and asked how the weather was here? It was raining here so put off till weather got better. The next day it was fine and he phoned again to see if he could come which it was so he came down with a labourer to assist him as his partner was working on another job. He started on the job quoted for but after a couple of hours he wanted to talk as he had found more damage the other side of the where he was to secure the roof ridge tiles. Now you hear of builders quoting for a job and “finding” more work to do etc so I thought OMG more money, not in this case though. There was a rotten batten underneath a few of the roof tiles which he had found. He replaced that batten and refitted the tiles and then did the ridge tiles. They were here most of the day and cleared up all the mess, old battens, felt and cement and loaded the rubbish into the van to take it away. He said he cannot guarantee the whole roof but his work should last years and any problems with it he will come back and sort. We have had lots of rain and some gales since it was repaired and no leaks, with the damp wood in the roof drying out. Would use again no problem Many thanks.
