Problem with my worecster bosch boiler, arrived within good time did diagnostic check, repaired. Carried out all safety checks and report provided. Excellent service, highly recommend

Did a great job, helpful, tidied up and cleaned up after finishing job. Would recommend.

Excellent engineer. Honest, professional, friendly, intelligent, enthusiastic. We couldn't have asked for a better person. Highly recommended!! A++++

Great work, nice guy, will work with him again

Astrit was punctual to the appointment. He was also very knowledgeable in heating. While the actual work itself is less straightforward than we initially agreed on, he communicated the options and prices clearly before starting any work. He was honest about the advantages and disadvantages of each option. Despite it being a Friday evening, he took the time to tidy up and keep things neat before leaving. Overall, it was good work at a reasonable price. I would definitely hire him again for future work and recommend him to anyone considering him

Astrit was really good. Very good communication and a job well done. I will recommend him to anyone.

Very quick response on a weekend and fixed the problem with central heating and hot water and then provided follow up service. Thank you! Much appreciated.

Astrit did outstanding work for me in replacing my radiator valves, fixing one leaking tap and replacing another. He also showed me how to balance the system and provided some really useful advice. Astrit is highly professional, polite and diligent and brings common sense to problem solving. In summary Astrit is the best heating engineer I've worked with. thank you Charles

Astrit apears to be a competent and profesional plumber and service the boiler without any problems.

Astrit made the effort to come to the flat to look at the boiler in order to determine whether the condensate pipe could be relocated to inside the kitchen. He explained how he would do the work and offered a competitive price. On the day of the work Astrit was punctual and did an excellent work. He had to grind part of the kitchen wall but his work was clean and he hid the pipe with covers so that you hardly notice the pipe running along the wall. I am very pleased with his work and would use him again and recommend him.
