I had an awkward protruding gas pipe behind the old oven of my new flat preventing me from fitting a new oven.
Astrit gave me a clear fixed price, arrived on time, and took measurements so we knew the exact scope of the work. He even took my recommendations halfway through the job to move the gas pipe right into the corner rather than just enough to fit the current oven. This gave him more work at the same price but he still happily obliged.
Astrit also gave me free advice on a pressure drop I was experiencing in my boiler, he recommended a leak sealer to be added into the system and gave me his card in case it didn't work out. Applied it myself, the system has been working perfectly since, Astrit is a true gentleman to offer free useful advice instead of taking the opportunity to charge.
His recent negative feedback is unjustified, Astrit is most likely legally obliged to point out safety concerns, and the subsequent insurance company that inspected afterwards is likely trying to avoid a large payout at all costs.
