Investigated a strange fault that comes and goes. Had a good look at the whole system which was reassuring to try to find it. Since then everything has been fine. Worked well with my tenant to arrange a time and investigate the problem.

Aksel recently fixed a door-lock at a flat I rent out. He contacted me quickly, was available to come out almost immediately and completed it in the time he said he thought it would take (therefore only costing me an hour's work). He is very reasonably priced and realiable and I would definitely use him again for future work.
