This feedback is more negative/neutral than positive. Initially the work was for new pipes to be fitted to a new sink. Turned out we also needed the sink fitted to the quartz work surface first. The sink and pipes were fitted with clear glue / sealant - not the regular quartz work surface sealant - i learned this is widely available. We had to call Ahmet the next day because the overflow pipe was leaking as it wasn't fixed properly - he came and fixed this. A week later we found a further leak because the sink and work surface hadn't been sealed properly. We called him out again and asked him to fix the seal - his manner was argumentative. We now have white sealant shoddily done and in blobs all over the back of the sink and cabinet. He also used a blow torch to dry out the leak area which has pushed out some of the clear sealant. We paid £100 for the job but now we will have to find another plumber with experience to sort out this work. Sorry Ahmet, the work wasn't up to standard. If setting the sink and sealing the edges wasn't your job you should not have undertaken it.
