Good response time and job

Transparent pricing. Good job executed on replacing our basin traps. Given we had a tricky part that was needed and difficult to source Ahmet could’ve simply turned down the job but he didn’t and I would have no hesitation in hiring Ahmet going forward for all our plumbing related jobs.

Never use Mr Akbolat, he lied and tried to get more money out of me. He fitted a new radiator for me as requested. He completed the job quickly and all seemed well. He left, then my hot water went cold while in the shower. I called Him and he said it was a coincident and not his work, to prove this he would come back and show me. He Told me that my boiler needed a new filter. This would cost about £400 and of course he could fit it. However I was clear that I felt he had not raised the water pressure enough in the boiler and this was causing the boiler to overheat and cut out. Mr Akbolat said he had checked that and it was fine, I asked him to raise the pressure and to put the heating on, something he did not do after he fitted the radiator. He put the heating on and the radiators did not kick in, again he said the boiler needed new parts. He was reluctant but I insisted he raise the pressure on the boiler, he did, the heating came on, the hot water stayed on and the pressure did not go up to 100 and kick out the hot water. He then left quickly. We have had a hot shower every time, the radiators are turned off as it is summer, the pressure is fine now He almost had me convinced, Please Be careful of such con-men, this plumber tried to get at least another £400 from me, when all it needed was for him to do the job he was paid for properly. He also told me the heating was broken so I am sure he would have tried to get more out of me to fix that. This was Very upsetting

Turned up on time. Did a good job. He even came back a few days later to fix a knock on problem that was caused by my terrible heating system. Will use again in future.

Ahmet is a reliable tradesman. We had our shower refurbished by him during the lockdown as it needed immediate attention. He replaced the cubicle, shower, taps, walls tiles and flooring. Ahmet was punctual and completed the job quickly and to good standards. He was flexible and was able to start the work as soon as the items were delivered. He was slightly on the expensive side but it was possibly because of an urgent requirement during the lockdown period. I would definitely use him again for his honesty and reliability.

Fixed another company’s errors! Solved my leak problem almost immediately!
