    Disconnect old gas cooker, reconnect new cooker

    Great guy, very knowledgeable and keen to offer a good service. I would use again and recommend if flexible on time as most visits have been later than booked. I appreciate they kept me informed. Thank you!

    Leaking boiler in kitchen

    Unfortunately, did not arrive when said they would as dealing with an emergency. I tried ringing with no joy and decided to get somebody else.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Called customer to inform them of an emergency call to a vulnerable customer who had no heating or hot water and due to medical conditions could not be left without heating. We did offer a appointment for next day unfortunately customer could not wait. We generally never let a customer down however in this case we had to prioritise.

    Gas fire to be removed

    Very happy with Mykel and his wifes work on installing our new electric fire today and also servicing our boiler , a very good Gas engineer who we will be using again for sure . Very good service and a very good price too . Highly recommended . Many thanks .

    Boiler not working but pilot lite is still alite

    Very polite, hardworking with high standards of work and doesn’t make you wait long for an appointment. We would highly recommend them to anyone that needs there help.
