Worst tiling I have ever witnessed! I am absolutely devastated that Adam has ruined my bathroom. The tiling was so uneven; some areas are 8mm out of line with the tile below it. Each level of grouting is a different width, and at least twice as thick as the original grouting. He kept saying that it is a very good job and only a few mm out of place, that is an understatement to say the least. The shower holder he put up, fell off as soon as he left, we are now holding it together with packing tape! He took no responsibility and got quite aggressive at my observations and just kept demanding his money! Stay away from this cowboy!Answer from tradesperson:

Price quoted was different to what I paid however the job was done to a high standard. Only issue was communication/ his understanding. I wanted invisible joining for the kitchen worktops. He seemed like he understood and confirmed several times that he understood but then proceeded to cut the worktop, requiring butt joints which I then had to go out and buy on top of already buying joining kits!
