Alan is a nice guy and did a great job of fixing my leaking balcony. He provided a fast service but to a very high standard. And he worked very efficiently. I hired Alan and his team to repair a leak into my utility room from the flat above. Ricky arrived to assess the damage and was very accommodating regarding timings and came round when it suited my work schedule. Work was carried out to a high standard and everyone involved in the job had excellent customer care skills. Also they were very competitive in their estimate so I would thoroughly recommend them.

Came round quickly to quote for the work and had a competitive quote. Very friendly and helpful and completed the job promptly so no more leak.
