Andy and Tom were punctual, polite and did an excellent job. I choose Andy to do the work as although he was the most expensive quote his enthusiasm and knowledge of his trade instilled confidence that he would do a great job. I wasn’t let down. I have no reservations in recommending Andy and I will certainly use him again in the future.

my whole experience regarding Andy and his working practices was fantastic. He arrived on time as expected, showed me his Gas Safe identity card and asked to be led strainght to the problems. When Andy came out, it was initially for him to asses the work. When he assessed the work, it was too dangerous for him to leave it the way it was. The condensing waste was draining into a bucket in the kitchen, he found water inside the boiler due to the flue being broken and other sorts of problems. Andy had to cancell most of his appointments on the day to ensure that my family was left safe, Yes i paid more than the agreed price but i am very satisfied. Andy was very thorough in his approach to his work, explained everything to me - discussed options and worked extremely efficiently and effectively to resolve any identified problems. Andy may have come out to do a routine job but he saved my family. I initially requested an engineer to come out and commision a boiler for me as the engineer who installled my boiler was no longer taking my calls. Andy was very sensitive and explained the health and safety issues around the use of the boiler in the state that the previous engineer had left it. Thank you Andy and i will certainly use you again. Please call me as agreed to investigage the possible problems with the plumbing of my radiators. Fantastic - fantastic.

Andy listened patently to my rather confused explanation of the problem. He fixed the 'no cold water from the tap' problem in seconds by removing an airlock. The toilet cistern was a longer job...once the water filled the cistern a little kept trickling constantly into the bowl. Due to the way that our bathroom is fitted Andy had to take out the whole sink to get to the mechanism inside cistern. He worked solidly to complete what turned out to be a longer job than either of us initially thought, and resealed everything leaving a lovely tidy finish. I would definitely hire Andy again.

Whilst discussing the job and agreeing the price Andy answered lots of queries, always promptly, patiently and professionally. He was happy to talk through all options. Andy was punctual and calmly worked through any issues or unforeseen problems that arose. He is hard working, friendly, easy to deal with and extremely safety conscious, which bodes well for servicing of the boiler and any future work undertaken. We would have no hesitation recommending Andy and AC Plumbing & Heating to future prospective customers.

Andy (and Tom) turned up on time and completed the job on schedule. The price quoted was the price requested. In the lead up to the job, I phoned Andy numerous times to get advice and he was always happy to help. I also was having a nightmare sourcing some radiators I wanted, but Andy found them and had them delivered for cheaper than I had found. All work completed to regulations. I would have no problems recommending Andy and his team to friends and family.

Very happy with the work carried out, Andy and his team did a good job, they were very reliable and trustworthy, turned up when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them.

Andy did the job (providing and installing a new boiler) very quickly and efficiently and started immediately after we agreed his very fair quote. We are delighted with his work and would definitely use him again and recommend him to others. He got us a boiler that seems ideal for our purposes and worked in a very tidy way.
