Where there were unexpected problems he simply resolved them with no drama. He arrived when he said he would and worked consistently and enthusiastically. He still came the next day, where a manufacturing fault was realised and the job was cancelled. Arrived early, nice chap, and completed the hanging of the door. Professional and left the place clean and tidy. Tony has done an amazing job. The refurbish turned into building a new porch to fit in with others attached to Victorian houses- the end result is fabulous and our neighbours are very envious! Since this point we have asked Tony to do 2 other jobs which we would only do if we felt comfortable with Tony and felt his work was to a high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
