Miles is a smart guy who keeps everything running smoothly and his crew are craftsmen who get their head down and make high quality work look easy. I told miles I needed a patio laying, but it didn't need to look pretty, it just needed to be functional. The work his team did absolutely blew my socks off. They did way more than I asked for with lots of nice little touches, like aligning awkward slabs and cutting small pieces to fill in gaps round the edge. I would have expected those touches If I had asked for a quality finish and paid a higher price. The workers were very respectful of my property and were very professional. Miles was doing all the back and forth, explaining to me what needed to be done, what was happening and making trips to the suppliers to fetch all the materials. In all honesty, I am genuinely stunned at the level of quality and professionalism received for the very competitive price I paid. It's not often you meet tradesman who you can trust, but I genuinely do trust Miles and would have no doubts about contacting him for future work. Not once did he ask for money up front or to be paid in cash.

From the beginning Miles came across as very professional. He took time to discuss the job properly, listening to what we want and offering advice. After accepting the quote it was not too long before the work could begin and took less than three days on site. The team of builders did a great job and the results are excellent. We are already considering Abbotts for more work.

Firstly great communication from the outset from Myles, he was constantly in touch throughout the job and project managed everything from start to finish, pleasure to work with. The quality of the job (block paved driveway) was excellent, very pleased with the final result with excellent attention to detail around many intricate areas of the driveway. Excellent job completed by Abbotts. Miles and his team have constructed two top quality fences, a challenging task with our sloping garden. They were very efficient in completing it too. Would definitely use them again.

Miles and his team did a great job for us, it started as just the drive which was finished to a great standard in one day. After which the team re-laid 2 large Indian sandstone patios, dug out and screeded a pathway ready for tiling, pulled out and refenced a poorly fitted previous one and all were done to a great standard. The team were very conscious of creating mess and always made every effort to keep things tidy throughout the job. Kept to time constraints and pulled in extra resources to finish work on time. Thanks very much and I would recommend to others.

Miles and his team did a fantastic job transforming my house front (half concrete - half garden) to a beautifully block paved driveway, including building a double wall to the front, creating two wall posts and hosting LED brick lights in it. His quote was very competitive. Miles listened to my plan, consulted with me what is he going to use and kept me well informed of the plans for each day. Although the job took longer than expected, for reasons beyond anyone's control, however the end product came out pretty well. If required, I'll use Miles again and can highly recommend him for driveway jobs.

Above all, he was very professional in his work, arriving on time to do the job and keeping noise and debris to a minimum. He ensured that he removed all rubbish after he finished as well.
