After having been told by 2 different well respected companies I needed a new boiler and it had to be moved to the kitchen at massive expense, I assumed that this was the correct advice. I posted the job on Monday to get a 3rd quote for a new boiler installation and Azam contacted me straight away. He was polite, kind and knowledgeable on the phone. He arranged with the tenant to attend the following day. I then get a phone call saying he had fixed the old boiler at a very reasonable price saving me around £4,0000!!!! Tenants have confirmed that the flat is the warmest it has ever been. I cannot thank or recommend Azam enough. Do not hesitate to shortlist Azam - you would be crazy not to. He will be my first port of call from now on. I own 2 rental properties and have used a lot of gas engineers over the years - he is by far the best.
