The AO engineer wouldn’t fit our new oven when it was delivered on Wednesday as the wiring failed the electrical tests. I explained that an odd job man used to live here. I wasn’t sure if he was called John Wayne or Butch Cassidy, but it was something along those lines :-) It’s now Sunday and John has just come and fixed it for us. The connection to the consumer unit is good, he replaced the cooker switch as the old one was stiff and hard to use and he connected the oven. He also replaced a power socket we’ve had problems with in the past and also checked another socket that might have been installed by the cowboy who used to live here. After I managed to connect the new smart oven to the WiFi, (not as simple as I thought it would be!) I managed to switch the oven on and all is working ok. We decided not to do the other jobs we wanted doing for the moment, but we had a chat with John about getting them done later this year. Nice one John! Thanks for your help.

John turned up on time date stated, He worked extremely hard with a professional high standard throughout. He checked all the electrical appliance’s and the electrical box wiring. He safety and knowledge went beyond as. John rectified the problem. fThe extra help & advice he offered was invaluable! I am thrilled with his service and the outcome and my family are safe as he checked everything from top to bottom and even my outhouse electric’s. Thank you again John for making my 1790 cottage safe.

Failed to turn up to do the job as agreed. No call, no text, nothing. Annoying as I turned down other traders. In reply to your response. You called me at 7pm and said you could do the job at 6pm Wednesday. You gave me an estimate which I accepted. You asked me to send you our address and postcode which I did. You made no mention of calling back to confirm. Your comment about calling a professional to do the job, I thought I was, obviously not.

Really happy with the work John has done for me. He took time out of his weekend to fit me in, he is very trustworthy and was extremely professional from start to finish. I will definitely have him back soon for further work, thanks John :)

Two jobs I had done were excellent! Will be using the same electrician for any future work!

John fitted four electric radiators for me and did a fantastic job! He checked the electric wiring first to make sure everything was okay and even fitted an RCD in the time he was here to make it safe. The extra help & advice he offered was invaluable!
