Lucas arranged to repair our boiler the day after we first had contact. He arrived exactly on time and did the job quickly and cleanly. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Lucas was very quick in responding to my initial request. He arrived at the time he said he would and took the time to explained what he would be doing . He was friendly, professional and respectful. Unfortunately, there was a significant problem with the existing boiler but he took the time to explain the options open to us, the costs and time scales for completing the any potential work. We were so impressed with his work that we asked him back to replace the old boiler which he completed within a day leaving the area nice and clean. I would definitely recommend him to others, and will be using him again for future services and any other plumbing needs I may have,

He came when he said he was coming clean polite friendly spent time to complete the problem explaining to us all the time what the problem was and willing to go further to resolve the problem no negativity . left the area clean would use his services again and have taken his number for all future problems

Lucas was communicative and responsive throughout. He kept me informed of what he was doing. He was transparent and clear. Most importantly he knew what he was doing and did his job in a personable and efficient manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Lucas.
