Very happy with the service. I woke up in the morning and my boiler was broken. Someone was available to look at it at lunchtime. He recommended a new boiler and fitted it the next day.

Very friendly and polite, quick and efficient getting back to me as soon as I posted the job and giving me a quote quickly. As this was for a rental property I didn't meet them personally but the tenant told me he was extremely happy with their attitude/time keeping/cleanliness and ability to fix issues that were unexpected which arose during carrying out the job. They kept me informed throughout the day which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future. Also great value for money.

I chose Lucas based on other reviews as well as his quick response to my post. True to what the other reviews have said he was communicative and turned up on time. He was very patient with the fact that I unexpectedly got called into work and missed a couple of phone calls from him, which I'm grateful for. It shows good professionalism. My friend said that he was very nice too and gave a good explanation of the problem. Coming home I can see that he left the place spotless and there are no signs of the problem from before. Price was also competitive.

Absolute legend, posted my job at 8pm Fri night, Lucas messaged me within seconds, phoned within minutes arranged to come in the morning. Said he’d had loads of these faults and he would be able to sort it. Travelled from Barnsley to Chesterfield. Turned up on time, diagnosed the fault immediately, rang up for a quote for the part. Gave me the price. Went and got the part and fitted it within 30 mins. I wish all tradesman were like Lucas.

Brilliant came out next day and sorted my boiler Will definitely use Lucas again
