Excellent from start to finish. Lucas contacted me within minutes of being shortlisted, we agreed a date and a price, then he arrived on time and completed the work rapidly and to an excellent standard. Definitely recommended.

I requested quotes for a boiler service yesterday and Lucas quoted quickly with a fair price. He has been out this morning and completed the service. The gas safety certificate was emailed straight away and I was able to pay by bank transfer. Would highly recommend.

Lucas came and fitted a Hive Mini Thermostat. He was very thorough, clear with communication and made sure everything worked with the app before he left. I couldn't have asked for better and will not hesitate to use Lucas again for any future heating works. Highly recommend.

Amazing service!! Lucas came out the next day and tried to fix my very old boiler! It was beyond repair (which I kind of knew anyway being 16 years old) He was back a few days later with his dad to replace it. I was expecting to have to wait a few weeks! Excellent communication, clean and tidy and he fully explained everything to me! He even discounted me money on the original quote as the flue did not need to be replaced……. Very honest as I wouldn’t have even known that he hadn’t replaced it. I would not hesitate to recommend and my house is toasty warm tonight! Thank you Lucas and Mark 💯 👌👍💯

Great. Identified the issue with my old boiler quickly and gave a really good explanation of the problem and my options. Installed a new boiler quickly and efficiently, and went through everything really clearly including how to use the new thermostat. I would recommend them to everyone.

I hired Lucas to cap off gas hob and remove it ready for my new kitchen installation. Lucas is very professional, punctual, polite and nothing was too much trouble, he always followed up with a text or call after each conversation. He did safety checks and gave me a copy of the readings for my own peace of mind to show it was safe. I would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to hire him for any future work that needs attending to. I also thought he was very reasonably priced too.
