Unfortunately he did not turn up on the day he had arranged to come and has not responded to text or calls. Very disappointedAnswer from tradesperson:
I’m sorry that I did not turn up Iv been in hospital having an emergency surgery I did ask my colleague to cancel all my work and to contact customers and to answer my phone and explain the situation sorry for any inconvenience

They arrived on time, worked full on all day, supplied all the adhesive and correct coloured grout etc, all floor and wall tiles in the ensuite were perfectly fitted and all done within the price quoted... a good price too!
