The work details A. Lee quoted for was carried out to my satisfaction though certain aspects carried out were subject to later weather conditions. When minor issues occurred, A. Lee was informed and attended to rectify them to my satisfaction. It is my advice that A. Lee is fully recommended to (any future enquirer through My Builder) be asked to quote and carry out for such work within property roof/gutter/tile/slate/garage categories as his service and workmanship for such works is very good and very cost effective.

Adam was a fantastic worker, he never stopped working until the job was finished. Lovely man, initial job was so good asked him to paint tiles on roof, which he did the following day. Great job, reasonable price, very clean and tidy worker. spotless job. Would highly recommend him.

Fantastic jobs carried out by Adam Lee and his crew in the end not only did they do the facias and guttering replacement they also sprayed our white windows Black and they look stunning. Took all the mess away at the end and made sure we were happy would definitely recommend these guys, thank you.

A very professional job well done. It was a pleasure to meet Adam he is a great guy, he came to the house to see the work that was needing done and gave us an estimate, which was very reasonable, he then gave us a date when he could start the work which suited us. He came when he said he would and done all the jobs that were needing done to perfection. Would not hesitate to have him back when we need more work done. A pleasant crew.

Right from the start with the initial approach, the options available for colour combinations and the quote which I was really happy with, both Adam and his mate were approachable and carried out the work in a professional manner with the minimum of fuss. There was very little mess as they cleared up as they went and all the old materials were removed. I would have no problem in recommending them to others and would certainly use them again.

Adam and the team carried out a full replacement of our soffitts and facias, new guttering, extension facias, dormer painting and cladding painting. We were extremely impressed with the quality of work carried out. Good friendly team. Went above and beyond with our job, fixing water damage in our extension also. The guys were a joy to have working on our house. Would highly recommend!
