this job was done to perfection, and well exceeded my expectations. i needed a replacement stopcock, but 365 didnt just replace, they moved around some of my pipework so the new tap would be more easily accessible. the result of the work looks excellent. definitely will use 365 again for any other plumbing works in the future.

Recently fitted a new shower for us. Was punctual, friendly and did a great job - even waited when I had to pop out to get an alternative shower. Would certainly recommend him to others and will use again next time something goes wrong with the plumbing!

I had a complete new bathroom fitted, the quality of work was exceptional, the job was started and finished on time and to the price agreed. Carl's strengths are that he likes to give his customers the little extras that other tradesman may charge you for and he likes to make sure his customers are completely satisfied before they pay their bill. He is very well organized and I personally would recommend him to friends and family.

Carl recently completed a complete bathroom for my elderly parents. He was totally professional from the start of the job to the end of the job. The work is of a very high standard and he communicates with you all the way through which is excellent. I would recommend him to anybody. The work he has carried out for my mum is a very, very high standard and nothing is too much trouble for him - always goes the extra mile. He is a really nice guy.
