Carl did a very good job. tidied up after himself.

Work completed efficiently. Awaiting quote for further work

It has taken some time to leave feedback as I have debated doing so, feeling guilty about leaving a negative comment. Though leaving positive for others I felt it only fair to comment on my experience on this occasion. It was not clear what the job would cost at the beginning. With hindsight I wish I'd been more confident to ask for a quote either on the very brief phone call from Carl, or when he arrived. After introducing himself he asked to see the drain and told me he'd sort it out. As I say I wasn't confident enough to interrupt and ask for a quote. Carl did have another person with him, and they spent 40 minutes at the house. There was no blockage but the cistern needed more water to flush through it, so the level was adjusted. I felt overcharged at £185, for the work that was carried out and found Carl to have an abrupt manner. I apologise but as a woman on her own that day with her daughter my experience means I would not pass on Carl's details.

Excellent job, Carl project managed the whole process, making it so much easier when we both work full time. Almost half the price of the bath store quote too !! Thanks Carl & team.

Carl from 365 plumbing came round and quoted a reasonable price for our small plumbing jobs within 24 hours of advertising. A revelation in itself as we have been trying various plumbers for months, but no-one seemed interested. A few days later the job was completed in a proficient, clean and tidy manner by Carl who is polite and with a very nice sense of humour. He went the extra mile and was back the very next day to reverse the tap levers as I was finding them a little difficult to operate with carpel tunnel problems. Would highly recommend and will most certainly employ his expertise again.

Excellent. Wanted an outside tap fitted, and worried that such a small, insignificant job wouldn't attract any interest. I was wrong. Carl quoted for the job, an amount I though was very reasonable. He turned up on time, did the job really quickly and well, and I couldn't have asked for a better service. Would definitely recommend Carl to others.

Carl came to quote for a new shower enclosure and repair work required to wall and tiles following a leak caused by previous poor workmanship by another company. He was aware we had only one shower and no bath and gave a very competitive quote and was able to start work within the week. Himself and his tiler were both very punctual, pleasant and did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. I am very pleased with the job Carl has done and would definitely recommend and will use for any further plumbing work I may need in the future.

Carl came straight away, solved the issue really quickly and showed me how to fix it if it happened again. He then also fixed the leaky tap in the kitchen. Very friendly, efficient and I would definitely use him again.
