John was great - responded promptly and showed up when agreed. Was friendly and knowledgeable, gave advice about how to address the issue. Fixed half the problem on the spot and ordered a part for the other and gave and indicative price. Then came back with the part a few days later as agreed and finished the job. Worked very quickly, and price was very reasonable. We’d not hesitate to use him again.

John arrived on time & completed the job promptly & to a very high standard. He quoted me a reasonable price & explained the locks to me before he fitted them. I would definitely recommend John & I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again in the future if needed.

My door wouldn’t lock in the evening, John came to secure my door, he is such a lovely man, he explained what was wrong and secured my door, came back next day with new part,explained how much it would cost , a genuine man that wouldn’t rip you off , good price and my door works better now than it did before, 1st class and I will definitely use John again
