  Communication with excellent. Price quoted fair and stuck to when the job was complete. Units removed and holes made good. Quick efficient and left anything clean and tidy. Very happy with the efficient way this was dealt with.

  The worse tradesman ever. I stupidly trusted Chris to refurb 3 student houses for me as an overseas landlord. He charged over £35,000 for basically 3 very bad paint jobs. He cut every corner in the book, leading to nothing but complaints all year. He patched a new carpet installation and hid the errors under a bed, didn't paint a single ceiling and got paint all over the furnishings and carpets. On many occasions he and his equally useless staff didn't turn up for weeks. All he was interested in was a never ending supply of funds from me. When he was finally asked by a new agent to attend to his snagging, which was plentiful, he quit the job. In the short space of time between that and now he has had his staff gain illegal access to my houses and dumped rubbish and furniture in my yards. He has also threatened to infect my properties with rats that he breeds and told me to expect to have "a very bad year" as a landlord with my properties. A total thug and Cowboy. Do not hire

  Ill start by saying the guys are polite....but unfortunately my job isnt completed. I left clear pictures of the work needing carried out....I was given a price of £650 on the phone which I agreed too....being told the work would take a day and a half roughly. Once on site....I was told they'd be done in a couple hours??? After less than an hour I get a phone call saying they cant complete the job due to the ivy being thicker than they thought and ideally needing scaffolding. This i felt could have been established before starting the job. So after one hour and removing a bag full of ivy I was charged £225....equating to £112.50 each for an hours work each!!! I was of the understanding that they were local guys only to be told their from Dartmoor! As a renovation business we turn over hundreds of thousands a year and ive never earnt £112.50 an hour!! Even the single bag of ivy removed was left. Plus im now facing a drastically larger bill to get the job completed.

  I am really pleased with what jay did,he took out an old rotten window frame and glass and installed a uPVC window frame and glass.he got on with the job in hand and it was done professionally in really quick time.cleared away any mess and did a really good job.i would definitely use him again.a really nice man.
