Extremely disappointed. We arranged the job a week in advance and had everything cleared and ready, yet he simply didn’t turn up and didn’t contact me beforehand. I only found out there was an issue after messaging him myself once he was already late. I completely understand family emergencies happen, but basic communication should still be expected. He then said he could rearrange for any time, I asked about Monday, and I’ve had complete radio silence since. We were completely let down. Very unprofessional from start to finish, with extremely poor communication and business etiquette. Don't risk it!
