Hi, I'm James - a reliable, part-time handyman covering Woking and the surrounding areas, specialising in carpentry, domestic electrics, general maintenance, and bespoke furniture building. After a long career in television, I've turned a lifelong love of making and fixing things into a second vocation. For me this is as much a passion as a profession, so I take real pride in every job - big or small - and won't leave until it's done properly. I’m a young general builder and groundworker looking to take on some extra small jobs alongside my full-time work. I currently work for a large building company, where my day-to-day work includes setting out, excavating and pouring footings, completing oversites and bringing groundworks up to DPC level. I’ve also gained around 5 years of experience across different areas of construction, including carpentry, brickwork, basic plumbing and electrical work, landscaping and general property maintenance. Hi there, I hope you're well. My name is John and I ve been in the building trade for 20 years. I'm a qualified master carpenter, and there isn't much left I haven't done. Im a bathroom fitter as well, so plumbing, tiling, plastering, is all second nature to me. I ve done jobs in every trade, when I was an apprentice all those years ago, that's how my boss at the time worked. Knowledge is power as they say. I based in Bracknell, and I can travel up to an hour from there. So as far as Dorking to the east, and the same distance in the other directions. As I said, in my 20 years of working in the trade, I ve done nearly everything there is, I'm a friendly guy and happy to answer any questions. I won't be the cheapest, but I LL be one of the best.
