I’ve been around the building trade for most of my life. My dad was a builder, and when I was four he built the family home we lived in during the 1980s. I spent a lot of time on site watching the trades, learning the craft, and developing a passion for quality workmanship. After leaving school I worked for my dad’s company for three years before taking a break from the industry. I returned at 27, helping with projects my dad had won, quickly taking the lead on jobs and eventually setting up my own company in 2001.
