Luke Originally quoted £80 for overgrown however cut grass 6 weeks ago so wasn't as high as originally shown Arranged appointment for Wednesday 31 July did not show up when I contacted said he forgot re arranged for Saturday 3 August. Arrived 15-20min late cut grass in less than 30mins left grass mess and did not use strimmer for edged paid £80. Contacted by WhatsApp today seem to be blocked sent a text message and no response

I have been using workers recommended from mybuilder for the past 10yrs, and I have to say, this is the first time I am having to give a builder a bad review. Please do not use this builder. Very unprofessional with anger issues, and pulling out of jobs at short notice. He claimed i had been unprecise on the tasks that needed doing and hence why he to leave the job as he had another client waiting. This is untrue. He viewed the job when the house was fully occupied. When the the house became empty, it became clear the kitchen worktop also needed changing. I phoned this builder over five times to discuss just the worktop change, but he never picked his phone, so I texted him. He inform me his wife had booked a vacation and he had to travel in 5 days time, so he was eager to complete the work he had already committed to, and couldn't include any new work. Instead of having this discussion in a professional way, he became aggressive. Never picking his phone, yet sending rude texts.

Absolutely useless tradesman, does not know his a from his elbow. Quoted to do the job arrived on time on Saturday took 2 hours to fix nothing. Actually damaged my window frame more. Did not supply what he agreed gave money back and said he would be back on Monday to do the job did not turn up so I phoned them he told me a pack of lies.

Firstly after been let down on 2 seperate dates the job commenced. Not a great experience as only half done. 1 bedroom door doesnt stay closed and another door doesnt close at all! Had to rush off to another job so drilled holes in the doors for handles but not for the bathroom door locks. Did take less of a payment but even still should have been done properly. I have sent a message to Josh but he has chosen to ignore me so i would not recommend using.

I hired Janos to install security bollards for me. The job looked okay at completion. However, the next day when I operated the bollards one of them would not unlock. I reached out to him immediately and he promised to come and have a look at it, but he never showed up. Then, he stopped taking my calls and ignored my text messages. I eventually got Bison (bollards manufacturer) to have a look at it. They said the bollard was wrongly installed, and the problem was caused by the excess concrete at the base of the bollard. They manage to fix the problem, but at an extra cost to me. I will not be recommending Janos for any job.
