Terrible job. Charged me 650 for paint job for 2 days and I am doing the work myself all over again. Used watered down paint, used dirty brushes, patchy work, left the walls rough and paint flaked off, only asked to do what was agreed no extra work. argued when I pointed out the issues. I have all messages saved, pics were sent before the job started and price agreed beforehand, £650 for hallway and living room all one colour. I asked them to use white gloss paint on the woodwork but they used something else as they didn't like the fumes from that paint but only informed me after they had done it. Claimed to have 10 years experience, don't think they even knew what a roller looked like! Re did everything ourselves. Hire at your own risk.

In spite of Ryan building a rapport during the works (installing a shed base, installing decking with steps, lights plus electric sockets and removing and disposing of soil and rubble), he and his business partner walked out on the job after making some measuring mistakes and have stopped contact too. Kept my money though. Firstly, the shed base should have been 9ft x 6ft, however it is only 8'4 long, and not only is it 5'5 wide at one end, but due to not being straight along one edge narrows to 5'3. The decking he did not build out to the agreed point/size, to which we offered a compromise on the design to ensure it reached where it should. He appeared to be ok with this, but then also realised he had built the steps a size that did not allow correct fitting of decking boards. He also blamed the boards and falsely said they were not long enough. No electrician was employed so no electrics fitted. They've left their waste behind and left materials blocking our driveway from use.

LKA Dry Lining Services accepted to do the job. He came to check out where the shed will be assembled and he said to us he was going back for his tools to come and start the job. He later WhatsApp me to say that his car broke down and from there he refused to answer back to us. We are still waiting.

If you don’t want to deal with a 23 year old brat who has no clue about the way business is done - STAY AWAY! Joshua Started the job off saying he would need £1000 and the rest to be paid on completion. A week later he demanded all his labour be paid up front or he will walk out. I Had no choice but to pay him and then a few days later he asked for another £500 saying he had miscalculated the amount of material that was needed. He said he could not buy the material because he was broke and promised he would deduct whatever is left from the final bill. When he finished the work, he had no accountability of the extra £500 he took and said he spent it all on material. When I demanded receipts for the material, he didn’t have them and said I was accusing him of theft. On top of that He would not return my house keys and black mailed me into paying him. I had to eventually threaten him with police to get my keys back! This kid uses foul language. Clearly has unresolved personal issues!

I was unsure whether to go with this company or not as there were no prior reviews. Should’ve gone with my initial feeling and declined the job! We arranged for the work to be carried out at 09:00 and no one showed up. I contacted them and after some time he replied back stating they had a flat tyre issue was understandable. I asked for eta, and confirmation someone was still coming and they finally showed up at 6pm. The job description was to remove all weeds from sides. No greenery should be left. Having seen the pics put up by franc, I assumed the work would be good. Unfortunately I feel my kids could’ve done a better job. Half the garden was untouched. The pics put up does not reflect the job they carried out, and unfortunately they do not respond back to my messages. I would avoid hiring them and and avoid going through this hassle. It’s a shame their first review had to be negative. My pictures attached show their finished work - garden basically untouched.

Collected my money, left my garden in a mess with job not fully completed, he lied about running out of battery. Promised to pack the debris using his dad's van as the next day. Again lied that the van wouldn't start. I regretted hiring him
