I wasn't impressed. I had to fix the sink after far too much plumber putty was put in meaning water wouldn't drain but puddle in the sink. Then the sink was leaking from the waste pipe as it hadn't been tightened at all and again a stupid amount of putty everywhere. The tap is loose and not tightened. One door has holes drilled into it which don't line up with the handle, which he didn't tell me he had done or asked if i wanted (which i had decided i didn't want the handles on) Then the toilet that he fitted for me too was put on top of the flooring instead of the tile being cut, which i think he was going to do as i have drawings on the floor. Again the seat wasn't put on properly either so when my daughter went to use it first she fell off. It too was leaking and when i messaged about it and sent the requested photo and video i didn't get a response, he saw them and ignored me. Took my partner chasing him to get him to come fix it. This has caused ceiling damage in my kitchen below where it has leaked between the floor boards and caused bubbling in the ceiling paint. So i'm left with more work that i now have to sort out. Sorry, it pains me to be so negative, your a lovely guy but i can't recommend you or leave positive feedback. I'm lucky to have family who can rectify the damage but other people who you do work for may not be as lucky.

I posted up a job for extending a TV Mains cable in order for it to reach the mains socket and to also fit my Flat Screen TV to the wall on a mount. Jack responded to by job posting promptly and was able to come round and give me a quote later the same day. On the day of the work being carried out he arrived early and advised me on a better way of doing the cabling which was spot on. He worked hard throughout and seemed a very sound and genuine guy who has an eye for detail and you could tell maintains a high standard of work. The way that Jack works in terms of pricing is very simple, straightforward and seemed competitive. The overall end result exceeded my expectations and I will be keeping hold of Jack's contact details for potential future jobs.
