Had a reclining chair delivered but it needed to be assembled. Hot in touch with level finish. Gave me a quote and was at my address within the hour. He was a polite young man and his assistant. The job took a hour and was so proud off the finish work. Highly recommend him. Will use him again. Thank uou again for your help..

I will not use Keith again and won't recommend his services to anyone else. I hired him to replace a defective door lock on the conservatory door of my rental property. He replaced the lock without discussing fees with me first, then sent me a bill of £170 which I negotiated down to £150. He agreed to this fees provided I give him a good review on MyBuilder. I initially did not mind. When I asked for an invoice, he claimed he would sent it over on Monday. I also did not think much of this as it was Friday evening. I paid him immediately and he has subsequently refused to send an invoice or a receipt for the payment received. This is misleading. I have waited for the receipt since 09 January. I should not have believed him. AN HONEST BUSINESS PERSON WILL ISSUE RECEIPT FOR PAYMENT RECEIVED.

I am an old fashioned apprentice taught builder who has been in the building trade for 20 years. I have been self employed for 8 years. I do a lot of commercial building as I am an IKEA contractor for about 20 weeks of the year. During this time I build roomsets which include joinery work, laminate flooring, kitchen fitting, tiling and plastering. I fill the rest of the year with domestic work replicating the kind of work I do for IKEA. This is not just my job, it is my hobby as well.

I posted an ad for someone to come and fix my back door that was struggling to close. Muhammad and his colleague attended. They struggled to fit the fault but eventually, just by using what looked like brute force, they managed to get it to close. I wasn't convinced it was actually fixed though and asked them how long they would guarantee the work for. They told me two years. I paid them for the work and they left. However, the very next week, the fault was still evident so contacted them to come and rectify the problem. I called and texted them and they've ignored me. I'm very disappointed because I now have to pay for another handy person to come and fix an issue I've already paid Muhammad Rizwan and his colleague to do. What makes a good trades person is them standing on their word and rectifying a situation when it obviously hasn't been done properly in the first place. Not ignoring your customers phonecalls, texts because you don't want to put right what you've already been paid for. For this reason, I will not recommend them whatsoever. I'm extremely disappointed with their service.

George Herkes visited us the day after contact and quoted a very reasonable price for our loft hatch & ladder replacement. We arranged a mutually suitable day for the work to be done and that was adhered to. He bought all the wood and ladders (included in the quote) and the job was completed in one day to our total satisfaction. All old wood was removed by him and he tided up when the job was done. We would highly recommend this firm and we will certainly use them again.
