I posted an ad for someone to come and fix my back door that was struggling to close. Muhammad and his colleague attended. They struggled to fit the fault but eventually, just by using what looked like brute force, they managed to get it to close. I wasn't convinced it was actually fixed though and asked them how long they would guarantee the work for. They told me two years. I paid them for the work and they left. However, the very next week, the fault was still evident so contacted them to come and rectify the problem. I called and texted them and they've ignored me. I'm very disappointed because I now have to pay for another handy person to come and fix an issue I've already paid Muhammad Rizwan and his colleague to do. What makes a good trades person is them standing on their word and rectifying a situation when it obviously hasn't been done properly in the first place. Not ignoring your customers phonecalls, texts because you don't want to put right what you've already been paid for. For this reason, I will not recommend them whatsoever. I'm extremely disappointed with their service.

Ahmad did a great job at my property, fixing multiple small issues around the flat as well as repainting all the walls and ceilings. The job was slightly larger than expected and Ahmad still finished on time and at a reasonable price. A trustworthy guy, I'll be using his services again in my future projects.

Do not use this contractor if your lift depended on it!! He is rude, unreliable and does not know a thing about customer experience. Kamar was undertaking the work on my apartment to finish the snagging from some small renovations - On the first day I over heard him shouting and arguing with another customer about an unfinished job outside my apartment but I thought nothing of it. I was told it would take a couple of days has turned into a couple of weeks - this morning, Kamar was meant to come to the property to put the radiators etc. on and do some additional works, normally he turns up at 8am - he advised that he (or his colleague) would be there by 10:30 when I advised that I would have appreciated the forewarning has I have meetings in the the city, he did acknowledge that it was an over sight on his behalf.. Here's where it got interesting. Kamar was meant to collect a tile trim for him to finish the job today, he then advised that I was meant to collect this when I disagreed with him about this he called me a liar - which I assertively asked him to repeat at which point he lost his temper, raised his voice and at one point shouted "WOMAN LISTEN TO ME!!!" at which point I hung up - he instantly rang back to apologies for losing his temper but also to tell me that he wouldn't be finishing the job! My advice - go anywhere other than these guys...
