Marious is a polite, honest, reliable and hard working builder. He has good communication skills. Marius worked extremely hard, even during the covid pandemic to help complete the construction of a two bedroom annex at the end of my garden. He has a strong work ethic and worked hard to get the job completed. He was very skilled in a wide range of jobs to ensure the construction of the single story annex from digging the foundation to fitting the roof, bathroom, kitchen and decorating every room to a high standard. I am happy to recommend Marious.

I was very lucky to find Valentin at a time when I needed a safe pair of hands on a refurb of a house in east london. Val is a very committed, smart and professional tradesman who is exceptionally focused on his work, he is extremely trust wordy and has good quality tools and fittings to get the job done. I ran into difficulties with commissioning a boiler and time was getting late, yet Val wanted to stay and help to try and solve the problem. This was after a long day where I didn't see him take a single break. I would gladly recommend him as his range of knowledge, work ethic pleasant manner, commitment and intelligence are all first class. I will be hiring him again for lots of jobs because as a landlord I know I can rely on Val. So thank you and see you again soon. John

I was unsure whether to go with this company or not as there were no prior reviews. Should’ve gone with my initial feeling and declined the job! We arranged for the work to be carried out at 09:00 and no one showed up. I contacted them and after some time he replied back stating they had a flat tyre issue was understandable. I asked for eta, and confirmation someone was still coming and they finally showed up at 6pm. The job description was to remove all weeds from sides. No greenery should be left. Having seen the pics put up by franc, I assumed the work would be good. Unfortunately I feel my kids could’ve done a better job. Half the garden was untouched. The pics put up does not reflect the job they carried out, and unfortunately they do not respond back to my messages. I would avoid hiring them and and avoid going through this hassle. It’s a shame their first review had to be negative. My pictures attached show their finished work - garden basically untouched.

I will be neutral in this review. Pros- Paolo was quick to respond to do all the jobs on my list (kitchen handles, tv wall brackets and shelving). We agreed on a date and informed him of the colour of handles. He was covid safe in my house. If he needed any items he went to the local hardware shop while on the job. He was flexible and agreed to put up a mirror which was outside of original scope but one job from the original scope had been removed. Cons- He got the wrong handles (despite several written messages stating the colour) forcing me go to Howden’s on the day and queue up for an hour to get the correct handles. Later he said he didn’t have to tools to install the kitchen handles anyway. I had to stop my day to help him with the tv bracket instructions. He did two out of three brackets agreed. After he left I realised there were missing elements in one bracket which I now have to rectify. There was inadequate protection put up in the areas being drilled - so a lot of dust ended up on the floor and furniture. He did offer to clear up later but there was no time. He made measuring errors which meant there are now four visible holes in my living room chimney breast at eye level. No apology received. He offered to put it right - if we wanted him to. Now we have to correct these visible defects. He also put up some shelving incorrectly and had to redo the holes. This is a factual account of events.

It's not in my interest to upset steve, but as steve knows I am not happy with his skills nor the finish. Steve took 3 attempts to create a better finish and it's not gone well. It's such a shame that the job wasn't a very good standard and I do feel bad having to leave such an honest feedback but I have to be. I'm a single mum who has renovated my home, to find good honest tradesman to not rip you off as well as get a good job done is difficult. Unfortunately, Steve couldn't do the job in hand and admitted my job was his last job in plastering due to his standards. This was in July but I can see from July to now there has been further feedback. It's cost me additional money to put his work right, but was unable to afford the entire job again - so i can still see lumps and bumps. Steve knows this and has chosen to ignore me. Such a shame as he came across such a nice well experienced guy. Maybe he should be in sales as he sold himself well rather than plastering. Other issues also arose, as well as my son having to sleep in my room for two months until Steve come back for the 3rd time. I'm unsure how he has so many good reviews when my job went so terribly wrong.
